sports

Recently I joined the swim team! So far its fun and I like it but we will see how it goes.  But I also joined a volley ball team! So I am going to be a tired girl, and very athletic! I just really want to get in shape and be healthy, but I don't want to be to tired and worn out.  We have a three month member ship to the YMCA, but so far I have only visited the pool.:)  And also at my coop I am doing a yoga/zumba class and I really love it, but if you want to do zumba don't guzzle water and then right after do a zumba work out, because you will get a terrible side ache(I learned that the hard way).
